Refund & Exchange Policy

Please note that at all times, we do not entertain refunds under any circumstances.

However, we do allow exchanges on a case-by-case basis (valid reasons only) and subjected to item availability.

Below are examples of reasons we deemed as INVALID or UNACCEPTABLE for exchanges:

  • I don't like the colours or the design.
  • The item and its colour doesn't suit my theme
  • I am no longer interested in this item.
  • I've accidentally purchased a duplicate item.
  • I already have the same item/color

All exchanges has to be done within 7 DAYS upon receipt of items bought from www.decoabode.myshopify.com, please read details below carefully and contact us at decoabode@gmail.com.

Please note that we will not accept any returning of items after the 7 DAYS expiry & items will be returned to customer.

Returned items must be in an unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition with tag intact.

Please note that in all cases of return and exchange, customers bear the shipping costs incurred in mailing the items back. DECO ABODE will only bear postage costs incurred if we mailed the wrong item out.

To return and exchange your order, send us an email at decoabode@gmail.com within 7 DAYS of receiving your order.

Please do indicate your name, phone number, address and order number.

Take note, we will not be responsible for any lost mail during this return process.
