SHIPPING & DELIVERY RULES

1. All shipping & delivery charges are subject to change.
2. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
3. Kindly ensure that your shipping/delivery address is correct to avoid unnecessary delays. 
4. Redelivery of returned orders due to an incomplete or incorrect address will incur an additional shipping/delivery charges (at the customer’s expense).

DELIVERY WITHIN SINGAPORE

Standard flat rate delivery within East of Singapore costs $5.00

Standard flat rate delivery for Other Areas in Singapore costs $8.00

Please allow 2-3 days for order processing. All orders are shipped via delivery courier.

Upon shipment confirmation, package will arrive at your doorstep within 2-3 working days (including Sat).
Kindly expect some delays during heavy period.

 

PREORDER ITEMS

If your item is on pre-order, please allow up to 2 - 3 weeks for the package to be shipped and delivered to you.
